Happy New Year, or should we say GOODBYE 2020! Who else is looking forward to starting a new year? We are so glad you're here with us and hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.  New Year, new gravel mine defeated along the Colorado

Colorado Trout Unlimited rang in the New Year by playing a prominent role in pushing back a proposed industrial gravel mine along a section of the upper Colorado River that many anglers, hunters and wildlife watchers consider nothing short of “sacred."

 
 

2021 Virtual River Stewardship Gala - tickets now available!

Join us as we celebrate rivers and raise funds for coldwater conservation in Colorado at the 2021 Virtual River Stewardship Gala!

With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we will be moving the Gala to a virtual-only event. While we will not be able to gather in-person, we will have an online silent auction, opportunities to join us for some unique online content, and a virtual live program on Thursday, March 11, 2021.

We are also offering a delicious meal delivered to your door on March 11th, including charcuterie and dessert boxes plus your very own CTU tumbler. We have individual and couples tickets and four levels of sponsorship available.  Please consider joining us again in 2021 and help us raise critical funds for our work throughout the year!

PODCAST AUDIO: Big Win for Responsible Oil and Gas Development

As the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) passed new regulations, Colorado TU and National TU worked in harmony to secure groundbreaking changes for protecting aquatic and riparian habitat. We join Barbara Sheedlo, Chair of CTU's Bull Moose Advocacy Committee and Corey Fisher, the Public Lands Policy Director for TU's Angler Conservation Program for a discussion about the COGCC's new regulations and how Trout Unlimited was involved in the process.
