CTU's Headwaters Youth Program is designed to educate Colorado's next generation of conservation-oriented anglers. In 2023, we engaged over 13,000 youth through our Headwaters Youth Programs!

Provides a 55 gal. tank to raise trout in for a Trout in the Classroom Site.

Sets up a Gear Kit & allows youth to borrow the gear & equipment for CTU Chapter or CTU youth program.

Sponsors one high school youth to attend River Conservation and Fly Fishing Camp
